Ever wondered if you could make your own, “Kyonki Har ek friend zaroori hota hai !!!” Well, this is your chance. Kings of Advertisements provides the opportunity to display your creative prowess and have unadulterated fun at the same time. If that wasn’t enough, there is likelihood of your work being shown on TV or radio! Interested? To make your lives simpler we have provided some really cool scripts which could become the next talk of the town.

Concepts tested: Creativity, ability to assess the positioning of a brand, knowledge of basic marketing concepts, holistic knowledge of requirements of a communication campaign

Registration

  • Registration for the event  will start on 22nd October, 2011
  • Information related to results, deadlines etc. will be communicated to the team leader
  • Registration closes on, November 5th, 2011, 23:59:59 hrs
  • Team size: 2-3

Round 1

Round 2

  • Teams will be required to submit a write up on a comprehensive communication campaign for Infibeam.com including a print ad and a social media campaign.

Round 3

  • Selected teams will present their campaign ideas to a panel of judges on campus.

Prizes

All eligible entries in round 1 will get Rs.1000 vouchers from Infibeam.com
First Prize: Rs.35000
Runners up: Rs.25000
Second runners up: Rs.10000

Rules

  • The event is open only for students from different colleges
  • Team members must be from the same B-Schools. The team leader must register on our website
  • A team can have 2-3 members
  • One participant cannot be part of more than one team
  • A minimum of 2 students from the team should be able to make it to the final presentation
  • No change in the team structure is allowed after the team is registered. Please register your team after careful thought and deliberation (Though in exceptional circumstances you can reach out to the contact for this event)
  • The decisions of the judges will be final and binding and cannot be contested.

Stage 2 Rules

  • The teams should submit their writeups as part of the second round
  • The summary should be submitted as a PDF document including all the requirements. The length of the document must be restricted to 1000 words excluding the exhibits and the cover page
  • Font would be Times New Roman, 12 size, 1.15 line spacing and 1 inch margins on each side
  • The file should be named as: KingsofAds_<Institute name>_<team name>
  • All entries for Stage 2 should reach us latest by Tuesday, November 13th, 2011, 23:59:59 hrs
  • The document should be mailed to: kingsofadvertisements@iimaconfluence.com
  • Tentative date for declaration of results is November 18th, 2011
